However, due to the handmade nature of our pieces and the unique characteristics of natural stones, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the beauty and individuality of each creation.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Alenia reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Custom-made jewelry (including size modifications, design changes, or personalized pieces) is made specifically upon request and cannot be exchanged or returned.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if an item is out of stock or in the event of a production issue. In such cases, you will be notified via email.
We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party platforms.
– Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
– Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
– We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or customs issues once the order has left our premises.

– No refunds are offered.
– The returned item must be unworn, with the original security tag attached, and in perfect condition.
– Custom and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We may offer repair services for our jewelry, subject to assessment. We reserve the right to deny repairs that we deem unreasonable or due to improper use. Extra charges may occur in some repairs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Alenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with the website or transactions made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
