Orders will ship within 3-4 business days from the date of payment if the item is readily available. For custom orders we will ship within 12 – 15 working days from the date of payment.
We process orders and ship packages Monday through Friday.
Orders are always processed with our Alenia gift Box and all items are well protected.
For orders to ship in Greece we use Geniki Taxydromiki with an extra cost of 5€ and the arrival time is 1-2 working days. For all other countries we use “ELTA” Hellenic Post Services for shipment with an extra cost of 15€. Contact us for more delivery options at firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders are shipped via Registered Mail with a tracking number. We send all customers an email message containing the tracking information for your package.
Registered Mail usually takes 6-10 business days within Europe and for overseas orders (USA, Canda, Australia,etc) takes 15- 20 working days to arrive. Sometimes packages to overseas destinations may be delayed due to various reasons like weather conditions or customs, taxes…etc.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for those reasons.
NON EU BUYERS Buyers outside EU may have to pay custom fees. In that case its the buyer’s responsibility to pay the fee.
Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address indicated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us is correct and accurate.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Alenia is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
If your order is returned to Alenia because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
COVID: With the difficulties that come with the times there may be some delays on delivery time.
Please e-mail email@example.com for all returns and exchanges to receive a Return Authorization number, with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange with your order number. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
You cannot simply choose not to receive / sign for the package upon delivery. You must use this return form for returns.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We accept returns or exchanged for unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item as it was purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping cost or custom charges for domestic and international exchanges.
You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned.
